About Vega

Planning experience built around real operating decisions.

Vega Integrated Business Planning helps manufacturers and inventory-driven businesses connect demand, supply, capacity, inventory, operations, and financial priorities so leaders can make better decisions earlier and turn those decisions into executable action.

Operator-led by design.

Vega is led by two experienced operators with complementary backgrounds across supply chain, operations, customer fulfillment, commercial alignment, and business transformation. Both founders support the full business while bringing distinct primary areas of focus.

Practical planning over theoretical complexity.

Planning should make the important signals, tradeoffs, decisions, and next actions easier to see. The goal is not another dashboard or a black-box answer. It is a practical operating system that gives leaders better visibility, creates alignment, frames decisions clearly, and converts the plan into ownership and execution.

VisibilityOne reliable view of the signals that matter.
AlignmentConnect commercial, operational, and financial plans.
DecisionsFrame tradeoffs clearly and choose with confidence.
ExecutionTranslate the plan into owners, timing, and action.
